Treatment Modalities
Rogers Health and Performance provides a combination of several treatment modalities that will be used in different situations during your sessions to promote healing, improve performance, and build resiliency.

Chiropractic Adjustment
This is the high velocity, low amplitude adjustment that often produces the "crack", or cavitation that many associate with a chiropractic visit . There are many different reasons to utilize the adjustment, among these are: to improve segmental range of motion, proprioception and body awareness, while reducing pain by releasing the body's natural endorphins and enkephalins.

Soft Tissue Mobilization
For some injuries, manual therapy on surrounding soft tissues is necessary for complete function and recovery. Soft tissue mobilization techniques would also include Active Release Technique, nerve gliding, dermal traction (cupping), and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Dr. Rogers will use all of the above as necessary to improve range of motion and reduce pain so you are more equipped to handle the activities you love.

Corrective Exercise
The body best remembers and retains new found range of motion when it is placed under load. Rogers Health and Performance bridges the gap between manual therapy and recovery to applying movements and skills necessary to translate to your favorite activities, or even the ones you encounter daily that produce pain or discomfort. This encompasses a broad spectrum of movements from bird dogs to deadlifts and from end range extension to power cleans. If you're looking to make the most of your recovery and journey to resiliency, corrective exercise is a must.
Self Pay Policy
Rogers Health and Performance does not participate with any insurance provider and therefore does not collect any insurance information. This allows our treatment to go beyond just getting you out of pain, but we are able to see you all the way through to performance whether that be sport specific, weight lifting, jiu jitsu, or you want to create a base level of resiliency to prevent injury and live life to the fullest.
Rogers Health and Performance DOES accept HSA/FSA.
