About Ben Rogers, DC
Dr. Rogers has been focused on health and fitness his whole life. Growing up he played many different sports most notably: basketball, baseball, and track. During his most competitive years in high school he got introduced to strength and conditioning through CrossFit. This inspired his move to Cookeville, TN where he studied exercise science at Tennessee Tech and trained and coached at CrossFit Mayhem. It was in 2013 that he went to the CrossFit Games with team Mayhem for the first time.
In 2017, Dr. Rogers moved to Dallas, TX to start chiropractic school. During his time in school he worked at ParkerFit as the head coach and was a trainer at CrossFit Big D. While earning his doctorate he qualified for Weightlifting Nationals in 2019. During his time in school he concurrently earned a Masters degree in Neuroscience along with being the salutatorian in his graduating class.
During the summer of 2020, Dr. Rogers had his residency at Winchester Spine and Sport in Troy, MO. This is where he was able to refine his treatment skills and better learn to bridge the gap between pain and dysfunction, and athletic performance.
Following his residency in Missouri, he and is family moved to Maine for a previous job opportunity. He is now excited to offer his own practice in a unique setting to be able to most effectively meet patients' where they are, and help provide treatment and guidance as we work together to improve performance and live life to the fullest.


Dr. Rogers enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children. He regularly trains CrossFit and the Olympic lifts, but has also taken up Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, along with lifting days that focus on multi-planar movements and joint and tendon health for longevity and being able to keep up with his kids as they grow. Dr. Rogers firmly believes that his background in athletics, Weightlifting, and biomechanics, along with his training as a chiropractor can work harmoniously to provide the best care available for his community.
